Summary

Faks is a pass-and-play party game that works offline on a single phone. There is no sign-up and no account, and we do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers. The app shows ads from Google AdMob, which processes data as described below.

Data kept on your device

Player names you type, settings, cases you have played and categories you unlocked are stored only inside the app on your device. Nobody else can access them. Deleting the app or its data removes them.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

To show ads, the app uses Google AdMob. Google may collect:

• The device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking).
• IP address and the approximate location derived from it.
• Device and app information, and your interactions with ads.

Google uses this data to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with your consent, personalise ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the app asks for your consent first. You can change your choice at any time from About → Privacy & ads settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your phone settings.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
